Kendra has been a wonderful realtor. I chose her and her team after seeing that they received some of the best online reviews for that part of Gilbert, AZ. I had been with a different realtor, trying to get my home sold for over 115 days, without any luck. Even though I had been living out of state for a couple months, after speaking with Kendra via a Zoom meeting, I felt very comfortable that she would be able to represent my house with integrity and in a positive & knowledgeable manner. After signing the agreement with her, I agreed with her suggestions of having a landscaper spruce up the front yard and getting a stager for inside the house. She took time out of her day to do some sweeping & cleaning before the professional photographer came out to the property. We had my house listed on a Friday and had scheduled open houses for the following day on Saturday. Again, she took time out of her day to clear out weeds and leaves in the back yard and back patio, before the open houses. We received an all cash offer from a potential buyer that had been thru the morning open house and Kendra managed to negotiate him up to the asking price. The potential buyer also offered to take care of the HOA transfer fees and wanted a 2 week closing. This was perfect for me since I had moved to Oregon almost 3 months previously.
